We all face difficulties in our lives at one point or another. Sometimes we need to talk to someone outside of the situation who is safe and objective. Corey has over 20 years of experience providing help and practical solutions to individuals, couples, and families who have experienced anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, ADD/ADHD, parental/family difficulties, low self-esteem, relational and marital difficulties, and the stress of the various adjustments that change can bring.
Corey utilizes a variety of treatment modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Somatic Experiencing. His clientele often express an appreciation for the candid yet thorough way in which he approaches the therapeutic process.
Many times, we know the “right” answer to a problem, but our feelings do not match what we know to be true. The therapeutic approaches Corey uses are designed to heal the heart and not just the mind. A lasting solution is one that rests on a solid foundation.
In his spare time, Corey enjoys reading, working out, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
